Song Hye Kyo "Busan Project," Debut at Berlin Film Festival


The omnibus film, Busan Project starring Song Hye Kyo among others, will make its debut at the Berlin Film Festival.
According to the American film magazine, Screen International, Sidus FNH will launch sales for Busan Project at next month's European Film Market in Berlin.
The European Film Market runs for nine days beginning on February 11th as part of one of the most important film festivals in the world, the Berlinale or Berlin Film Festival. As the first major film event of the year, it is a magnet for international industry professionals, and is seen as a barometer for the upcoming year in film.
Thailand’s Wisit Sasanatieng, Japan’s ukisada Isao and Korea’s Jang Joon Hwan will each direct a short about people falling in love in Busan. Sasanatieng’s Iron Pussy will follow a 1970s transvestite spy and will star Kim Min Joon and Michael Shaowanasai; while Yukisada Isao's fantasy melodrama Kamome will star Sol Gyeung Gu and Yoshitaka Yuriko. Jang Joon Hwan's Love For Sale will feature Kang Dong Won and Song Hye Kyo as a couple in a society where love is industrialized.
Love for Sale began shooting on January 15, with all production to be completed by the end of February.
Busan Project is aiming for a premiere at this year's Cannes Film Festival in May.
