SHK, CF Filming & Wong Kar-wai's Project 'Busy, Busy'

'Hallyu Queen' Song Hye Kyo (28) has started her work for 2010.
Song Hye Kyo, who will begin filming director Wong Kar-wai’s 's movie The Grand Master at the end of this month, is now in the midst of quietly tending to her busy workload. This week alone she will shoot a total of 3 CFs. She filmed a new beverage CF this past Tuesday, the 5th at Yang Pyeong. On Wednesday, the 6th she caught a flight to the Netherlands for a Chinese cellular phone CF. After completing supplemental shoots for cosmetics CFs , she will leave for China on the 14th for director Wong Kar-wai's project. Despite her busy schedule, she took time out to attend both Song Yoon Ah's and Lee Na Young's VIP premieres for their movies.
In mid-January, she will prepare for filming by going to China early to work on both training and language. In regards to Song Hye Kyo, Director Wong Kar-wai stated, "Though she won't have many action scenes, we want her body to be familiarized with natural movements." Also, she will work with a native tutor to study Chinese. In addition, while on location she is expected to review local [Korean] movie and drama scripts and make a decision on a project.
A source close to Song Hye Kyo revealed, "This year, she has declared 'I will not rest and will actively work.' Her plan is to show diverse features both at home and abroad. She is systematically preparing her various plans for the new year."
